5. Guest Responsibilities
Guests are expected to respect the property, surrounding nature and other guests.
Guests are responsible for any damage to the property or its contents caused by themselves or members of their party, excluding reasonable wear and tear.
Parsons Highlands reserves the right to charge for reasonable costs resulting from damage, loss or excessive cleaning caused by a guest.
6. Nature and Outdoor Environment
Parsons Highlands is a nature retreat. Guests should be aware that the property is situated in a natural environment and may encounter uneven terrain, wildlife, insects, weather conditions and other natural hazards.
Guests are responsible for taking reasonable care of their own safety and following any safety instructions provided by Parsons Highlands.
7. Children and Additional Guests
